Team Guide

Run a sales team on Autopilot

One person sets the team up, the AI does the selling work, and the leader reports the results. You can run as many teams as you like — each with its own leader, people and campaigns.

Set-up process for the team leader

  1. 1

Create the team and name its leader

    3 minutes

Open Team. Your first team already exists — rename it or create another one for a different market, product or region. Then pick the person who runs it.

    • Each team has its own leader, its own people and its own campaigns.
    • Use 'Create team' to start a second team, for example 'EMEA outbound' or 'Partners'.
    • The person you name as leader is automatically given admin access so they can invite people and change campaigns.
    Open Team
  2. 2

Invite the people who will work in this team

    5 minutes

Send an invite by email. Members share the plan, the sending mailboxes and the campaign data of the team they join, so nobody needs their own subscription.

    • Admin: can invite people, edit campaigns and change settings.
    • Member: works prospects, replies and meetings day to day.
    • Seats come from the plan. If you run out, add seats on the Billing page.
    Invite teammates
  3. 3

Let the AI build the first campaign

    10 minutes

The leader runs Autopilot once for the team. Answer a few questions about what you sell and who buys it, and the AI writes the customer profile, the buyer persona, the value points and the whole email sequence.

    • Pick the goal: book a meeting, get a signup, or sell a product.
    • Review the emails the AI wrote — change the tone or the offer if you want.
    • Everything it creates is shared with the whole team.
    Start Autopilot
  4. 4

Turn on Autopilot — then add a second campaign

    5 minutes

Autopilot finds new prospects, checks they are a good fit, writes personal emails, sends them in each prospect's working hours, and answers replies. Run two campaigns side by side so you learn twice as fast.

    • Only prospects scoring above 60 for fit are added — weak matches are dropped.
    • Anything that needs a human is parked in Handoffs, not answered by the AI.
    • The team leader watches the Autopilot page; nobody else has to touch it.
    Open Autopilot
  5. 5

Give each person their daily lane

    5 minutes

Autopilot does the sending. Your people do the human part: replies, calls and meetings. Point everyone at three screens and the day runs itself.

    • Today — the short list of what to do right now.
    • Handoffs — conversations the AI decided a person should take over. They are shared out between teammates in turn.
    • Meetings — what is booked, and what still needs confirming.
    Open Today
  6. 6

Send the weekly status report to management

    5 minutes

The Status report page adds up the week for the whole team and for each person: prospects added, emails sent, replies, reply rate, meetings booked and what is still waiting on someone. Add your notes, copy it into an email, and save a snapshot so you can compare weeks.

    • Pick 7, 14, 30 or 90 days.
    • Copy report puts a clean plain-text summary on your clipboard.
    • Save snapshot keeps a record management can look back at.
    Open Status report

When the leader is away

Nobody should have to wait for one person to come back from holiday. On the Team page the leader (or the account owner) can hand the job to a teammate until a date they choose.

Hand over: pick the stand-in, pick the date they hand it back, add a short reason such as "on leave until the 20th".

What the stand-in gets: the same admin access as the leader — invites, campaign changes, Autopilot controls and the status report.

Coming back: the hand-over ends on its own at the date you set, or the leader can press "End hand-over now".

The named leader never changes during a hand-over, so the team always knows who is permanently in charge.

Who does what

RoleTheir job
Account ownerPays for the plan, adds seats, creates teams and names leaders.
Team leaderRuns one team: sets the direction, owns the campaigns, checks Autopilot, sends the status report.
Stand-in leaderDoes the leader's job for a set period while they are away.
AdminCan invite people and change campaigns and settings.
MemberWorks replies, calls and meetings from Today and Handoffs.

The rhythm of the week

  • Every morningCheck Today and Handoffs. Reply to anything a person needs to answer.
  • Twice a weekOpen Autopilot. Confirm both campaigns are running and prospects are still being found.
  • Once a weekOpen Reply diagnosis. If replies are low, apply the suggested fixes to the emails.
  • FridayOpen Status report, add notes, copy it to management, save the snapshot.

What management sees

The status report is deliberately short. For the whole team and for each person it shows: prospects added, emails sent, replies and reply rate, meetings booked, conversations waiting on a person, and to-dos still open. Add a few lines about what you will change next week, and send it.
